Good product but for the price I felt the quality left me with a bit to be desired.

Colors didn't come out as rich as I had anticipated however it was clean and crisp lines.

I think the product is excellent in general. Printing and paper are high quality and consistent. While I appreciate their willingness to correct errors, there were some errors in my order such as: I specified no borders but some cards arrived with thin while borders; some of the folding of the cards could be more exact; and ordering process is time consuming when ordering multiple cards with different images on the front of the card, but the same images on the inside and or back of the card. Also, when confirming the order, not all the images shown in the fingernails so it made it difficult to repeat or confirm the order as it related to each card.

Placed a large order of 36 different greeting cards in differing quantities to be produced from my uploaded color corrected images. I really like the quality of the paper and the printing. The ordering process is pretty straight forward for one card, however, it is a little cumbersome for many different images--especially when the type on the back page is the same for each of the cards (for example). Also, for some reason, while I ordered and sized 36 different cards to be bleeds on the front--4 were produced with while borders (not wanted). I had the feeling a human being was not involved in overseeing the production. If they were then they would have noticed the discrepancy between what I thought I ordered and what I received. I also do not understand why the text on the back page was not consistent in terms of point size and boldness.

Ordering something online, especially something you are designing, you never know what you might get, with regard to quality. This exceeded my expectations! It truly turned out exactly how it looked on my computer screen. The customer service was excellent. The process was very easy, too. I am not a computer wiz, and had no problems creating exactly what I wanted to.

Colors matched the design

As has been my experience, Zazzle products are beautifully and accurately rendered. However, my last two greeting card orders were cancelled by Zazzle and I didn't find out early enough to find out why and correct it so that my friend could get his birthday card on time. I've already contacted customer service via the web and you can bet I'm calling on Monday.
