Fast Service and quality picture on tile

Original order wasn't printed correctly, so I contacted customer service and they corrected the issue and sent me a replacement.

The mug cane within 4 days and it is exactly what I asked for!

Easy to put together, clean printing. I’m very happy. One con- two of the matchboxes had very few matches in them, so I had to redistribute them.

I asked Gemini to generate an image of a cascading very long sheer somewhat transparent rainbow ribbon of exactly the 6 hex codes that I specified off the top of my head for the 6 colors red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple in the exact hex codes that I chose. Red was full RGB Red (no Green no Blue), Orange was full RGB Red and a bit less than half Green no Blue (a slightly reddish orange makes it look like brighter Safety Orange, Yellow was full Red Full Green no Blue (making Pure Yellow!), Green cannot be just full Green because that makes a weird bright lime Green so I made it a little over half Green no Red no Blue, I wanted a bit brighter Blue so I chose Full Blue with a little Red and equally little Green this way lightens the color Blue which otherwise looks too dark, then for Purple I chose a bit over half Red and equally a bit over half Blue no Green because equal parts full Red and Full Blue no Green makes bright Magenta I did not want. If you use strictly half Red and Half Blue this is perfect Purple but too dark so I chose the lighter shade this way. I wrote down the exact hex codes that I used. No one else knows them. Gemini made the further away and the closest ribbon blurry with the focus sharper in the middle distance with the light reflecting off it as I asked. The result is a little confusing at first but the longer you stare at it the more it begins to look 3D. I grew to Love this Gemini generated image. I made most of the specific choices.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Zazzle. I placed an order on May 11, 2026 for life-size retractable banners for my son’s graduation party and paid over $400 with a guaranteed delivery date of May 20, 2026. On the morning of May 21, I received an email stating that my order has been delayed and will not arrive until May 26, which is three days after my son’s graduation party on May 23. These banners were ordered specifically for a time-sensitive event, and the delivery date was the main reason I placed the order when I did. Because of this delay, I am now forced to spend additional money and scramble at the last minute to find another company that can produce the banners in time for the event. While delays can happen, notifying a customer the day before delivery that an order tied to a major life event will arrive too late is unacceptable, especially after charging premium prices. I expected much better communication, reliability, and customer service from Zazzle.

Bright and colorful! The printing is nice and crisp. True to color as seen on the webpage. The cork backing is well placed and there are no loose edges. I love this sandstone coaster! I would recommend this product for gifts, stocking stuffers, or for yourself!

This was a gift and the recipient was thrilled with the size of the mug. So far it’s held up. The printing turned out great as well. Super cute!!

I really liked the simple design of this mug, but the printed quality was not great. The photos looked clear when I was making the design, but they printed out very blurry. I am disappointed as this was supposed to be a first father's day gift!
