I absolutely loved the pillows I ordered for friends as a Christmas gift. I highly recommend them and you will not be disappointed. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because they came under separate tracking numbers and I was not given the second one. I was frantic thinking the second pillow would not arrive in time. Also, the first pillow came at the start of the delivery window and I couldn't send any communication about the second pillow until the delivery window expired.

Zazzle came through for me....I've been using Zazzle for many years now. Although there is plenty of items offered, I've only purchased photo ornaments. This year I made an ornament for myself and my 4 siblings to honor my father who passed away in August 2025. The back image wasn't centered properly, and my father's face was cut out. I promptly contacted Zazzle, who graciously gave me full credit, which I used to redo the ornaments. The replacement order arrived in time for Christmas gift giving. Very grateful and thankful for Zazzle's professionalism and quick response when contacted about my issue.

Broken upon arrival at the handle.Need replacement. I glued it back, but there is also a crack and it leaks coffee and unusable.

Only complaint was how thick the paper is. Made it hard to fold corners for tight fit. It sure doesn't accidentally rip easily. Good product overall.

It is very blurry, does not look anything like the picture, there is a very crooked line on top, how can I give this as a gift to someone, it’s embarrassing

I buy ornaments. The kind that comes from a picture that I have taken from my phone. I’ve done this at least the last four years. I’ve never been disappointed!!

I love Zazzle. I mostly get Mugs, they come out great. Once one came broken, and they replaced it ASAP , Very good customer service

I was sent full-sized napkins rather than the cocktail size, so my design (that was sized for cocktail napkins) was awkwardly placed in the bottom corner with most of the napkin blank. The resulting design made no sense. Also, the "ecru" is really a butter yellow. Don't get ecru if you're hoping for a soft white or creamy parchment color.

Picture on ornament is blurry, unable to read the print on the signs. Picture dull and dark, nothing like the bright and clear, high quality picture submitted (second photo) with the print easily readable and clear. VERY disappointed as I have ordered from Zazzle many times before and was highly satisfied. Not the same high quality product & not worth the cost this time.
