I was very disappointed in my whole order. I ordered several ornaments and all of them were extremely dark. I had to shine it in the light to be able to see the colors. The texture of the ornament was a bumpy matte finish instead of a shiny glossy finish.

two of the four frames I bought to display a tile do not fit the tile. Very frustrating

Letting is so light you can hardly read it. Looks like others had a similar issue. It’s like the printer was running out of ink. Extremely irritating the company would send out crap quality like this. Especially when they charge what they do! Never ordering here again!

The Santa’s Favorite Newlyweds ceramic Christmas ornament with the personal photo was beautiful. The photo came out clear. I ordered a 2nd one bc I forgot to add the year. Kept one for myself and the other for my newly married son and daughter-in-law. They loved the gift and had a nice red velvet pouch to store it in.

The family name printed in the bottom seam & couldn’t be seen- I was disappointed. The zipper wouldn’t close either but it was such a pretty pillow

Very cute ornament and prompt service! I am rating 4 stars instead of 5 as the ornament string provided is very flimsy (I had to tie in 3 knots to get it to stay and still don’t trust it) and the ornament was a little pricier than similar ornaments on other sites but all in all, I was satisfied.
