Images came out blurry and quality just wasn't there. This is my 5th order from Zazzle and the only one I've been disappointed with

The product material is not bad itself but I was disappointed that the yellow has more of an orange hue color to it. It doesn’t look like a traditional yellow color by no means and doesn’t match my business color at all because it’s more orange or golden. You can see the comparison in the picture with a yellow sticky note. So be mindful if purchasing yellow products that the yellow doesn’t come like it looks on the site. The site looks more yellow. Also the packaging that the aprons came in was a blue/white bubble envelope and the blue from the packaging got on my fingers and I didn’t realize and so when I took the aprons out I ended up smudging some of the blue dye from the packaging onto the aprons.

I had the Woodland Baby's First Christmas ornament delivered directly to the recipients. It arrived much faster than estimated and they love it! Thank you!

I absolutely love this soup mug! The design is fantastic (I mean, flamingos are so cute already, but skiing and doing other winter sports?? So clever). And I love the mug itself. Holds a good amount of soup or leftovers and goes into the microwave and dishwasher.

I'm remodeling my kitchen and got a bunch of the tiles to check for a backsplash. They're all perfect and wonderful - I can't decide!!? so I'll use them all. YAY!!

I have used Zazzle for several years for my custom holiday paper. Unfortunately, you have a flawed process when it comes to notifying clients that an order has been canceled. As you can see in the screenshot, I received notification that my order was ready to ship and it appears as though itincluded all three rolls. Only when I received two out of the three was I notified that one had been canceled because of a trademark issue. I promptly re-ordered it and have never received it. You can definitely do better. After several years of ordering from you, I will likely go a different direction.

The cup has weight to it and the colors as shown. Only lost one order and only one arrived broken. Waiting for broken replacement.

Never received item. This is a scam.

Had ornament replaced to brighten the photo to match original picture provided but replacement turned out just as bad as the first one. No different. Replacement was offered quickly and customer service was great but didn't fix the problem. Two in the trash now.
