Just beautiful quality and came on time!

The cards looked very good. The only issue is that online, the color is listed as sage and the cards look to be green/sage in color. However, the color is actually closer to gray. When we asked several others to look at the physical cards as delivered and tell us the color, all but one said gray; the other said maybe gray, maybe light green. So, color is not quite as advertised.

Envelopes were great. The way they were printed was exactly as advertised and they looked wonderful.

I’m extremely disappointed with this order. I purchased custom ribbon for my wedding welcome bags, specifically with the names “Omar & Ivis” and a matching design. What I received was completely wrong—the ribbon sent has a totally different (blue monogram) design and doesn’t match what I ordered at all. This is for my wedding, so details like this actually matter. I now have a product I can’t use, and with my wedding approaching, this creates unnecessary stress and extra work trying to fix it. When ordering personalized items, accuracy is the bare minimum, and this was a complete miss. I really hope the seller resolves this quickly, but as of now, I’m very frustrated and disappointed.

For the amount of money this company charges for these announcements they should be PERFECT. There is zero reason why half of my announcements have white scratches on my photos. The inconsistency with these prints are bad. There’s so many scratches and white marks on my announcements it’s ridiculous. Out of the 30 I ordered 11 are damaged. Never ordering from this company again I was better off with CVS. I wish I could upload a video so you really see all the scratches and white marks because pictures aren’t doing it justice. FYI the pictures uploaded are 3 different pictures.

Zazzle quickly sent us a replacement since they were thought to be lost in the mail free of charge!!! <3

What kind of thank you "card" doesn't actually open like a card? It's a postcard, but it doesn't clarify that anywhere. So I put a photo of my husband and I from our wedding on the back, and now these cards are totally unusable because there's no place to write anything. Coming back to check what happened, I noticed "other styles" that actually has a card. But the title is exactly the same, "floral thank you card." I just expected a card to open, so I didn't think about the sample images of the product laying flat or standing up. I wasted over $100 on this nonsense. Zazzle, please note whether the card is a regular card or a post card.

Absolutely adorable

The card looks very nice but a few of the envelopes were a bit crushed from the packaging my order was shipped in.

Came in time exactly what I wanted

Easily torn. Not secured in the package it came in. The package they arrived in had large quarter sized holes on each corner, which let moisture in to wrinkle some of my save the dates. Inside, multiple had frayed or torn edges. And the package arrived late. So disappointed.

Ive ordered and reordered 3 times. everytime i am 100% happy!
