I love my business cards they are very nice and they cam on time.

I loved the image, every time I saw it I wanted it. It will have to wait 2026 Christmas to send out except for 1

As I have previously stated with your customer support team, First, the invitations we received are not the same quality as the proof invitation that was previously sent to us. While both orders are listed as “Basic, Semi-Glossy,” the proof invite is noticeably higher quality, with a thicker feel and a glossier, more polished finish. This proof is what we relied on when placing our full order, and it set the expectation for the final product. The invitations we received do not match that standard. Second, one of the invitations in our order was double printed with another couple’s invitation, which is a significant printing and quality-control error. Third, I originally ordered white envelopes to match the invitations, and none were included in the order. This is another fulfillment error that needs to be corrected. Because both orders are labeled identically, yet the proof is clearly of higher quality than the final invitations, this feels misleading and, frankly, like false advertising. We ordered based on the quality of the proof and expected our full order to match it exactly. At this point, I expect: • A full reprint of our invitations • Printed on the same high-quality, glossy material as the proof invitation we received • White envelopes included, as originally ordered • Careful quality control to ensure there are no printing or fulfillment errors I am currently waiting on the new order to ship.

Great product, very good quality

I appreciate the ability to cheaply print one off custom cards (as opposed to bulking them). The print quality is not great though: the colors are muted and darker than I hoped. You get what you pay for I guess.

Wrong size envelopes were sent with my Christmas cards. I immediately requested Zazzle send the correct sized envelopes. After many interactions online ( and a bit rude) with little satisfaction I received the correct envelopes in January…obviously prevented me from sending out my Christmas cards. Very disappointed in the lack of action by Zazzle and the obvious lack of them caring that Christmas cards are a “time sensitive” item. Not sure I’ll be reordering cards from Zazzle again……as I have 4 or 5 times.

It's easy to create my own designs and products are delivered in a timely manner. AI assistance is not always helpful. Your human staff has always been helpful.

You keep sending my orders to the WRONG ADDRESS! Correct this ASAP

The design didn’t show up as pictured . The ink is so light on the printing it’s not legible!

It cut off some of the letters in some of the cards and then other cards has it on the card correctly. Not sure what happened.
