Paper is very thin, not as expected. Which is an error on my part. But they were poorly packaged in a thin cardboard mailer which arrived damaged and ripped resulting in the announcement being bent and damaged.

When I first ordered my save the dates, I didn't realize the size I was ordering.. when they came I was taken aback and so upset that it was the incorrect size. I immediately contacted customer service and they were quick to respond and assist me. They helped put my design on the size that we wanted and refunded me for my original purchase right away. My new ones came and my fiancé and I are over the moon!! They are perfect, exactly what we envisioned and the quality is 10/10!!! I have been telling all of my friends and family about Zazzle.

Despite a centered name on the design and the proof provided, Zazzle produced a card with the name far off center and then refused to correct their error, instead choosing to gaslight a good customer.

Good Morning! I really enjoyed receiving my package. It was perfect. On my first order, I did not receive any envelopes with the orginal thank you notes. Secondly, when I reordered more thank you notes, I guess I must have pressed the wrong button because the size was rather smaller than the first order. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchases.
