Never received my order. It did say it was delivered so I will try again in hopes to receive the second batch.

I ordered recipe cards, and I received flexible paper. I threw them away. So bad

I was well pleased with the quality of my invitations. This is a good buy on a limited budget. It looks like I paid more. My only suggestion is that the envelope should fit a little closer to the size of the invitation, but that is not a really big issue. I highly recommend.

Received my shower invitations but no recipe cards. Can't send out the invite with no recipe cards. Very disapointed

It looks great but I thought it would be cardstock and not a semi-heavy paper. Most people I know usually use cards for recipes because they hold up better with use. Other than this, it looks great and the bride is excited.

Arrived very very late! Envelopes were rubber banded together creasing them. Otherwise, printing was nice and the cards quite cute.

I'm MISSING 35 cards! In the box that has the re-order sticker on it, there are only 65 cards, NOT the 100 I paid for! This is really bad business shorting people with such a pricey service. What upsets me the most about this is that I wouldn't have even known that these cards were short it wasn't for the fact that I was missing 400 of my other business cards I had ordered. After seeing the 400 card shortage on my other cards is when I had checked these. After close review, I noticed that all the card boxes were full with the exception of one, on these cards. The one with the re-order sticker on it. I removed those cards from the box and counted them. That is when I noticed the shortage of these cards as well. The reason for me counting this box is because they felt alot lighter than the others, AND the cards didn't go all the way up to the hole in the box or window in the box as the others did. That was the dead give away for me that there was not 100 cards in the box. I called several times to Zazzle with no response, other than a voicemail stating to email them. I have done so. Im hoping they rectify this issue promptly. If not, I will request a refund and take my business elsewhere. This is such a disappointment. I'm hoping you can quickly rectify this issue.

I'm missing 400 business cards!!! I ordered one-thousand business cards and only received 600 of this one. The only other complaint would be that you need to have a box for these type of cards when customers are ordering them and NOT rubber-banding them together because what happens during shipping/transit is the cards get bent at the corners. Thus results in a major disappointment because now I am losing the first 10 or so cards in each stack! Please Come Up With A Resolution For This Issue Zazzle otherwise I will be forced to conduct business elsewhere.

This was my first order with Zazzle and a pleasure to use your site. Very user-friendly. Designs are beautiful, with many styles and options. Customer service was accommodating and quick to respond.
