I was very pleased with our custom Christmas at New Home cards. The paper was good quality, and the printing was spot on perfect. I received many compliments on these beautiful cards. Thank you.

The website was glitchy and I wasn’t able to choose rush shipping at checkout. I also wasn’t able to get in touch with customer service for days. When I finally received my order, the picture quality was terrible, when I uploaded high resolution images. I have used zazzle for many years and will no longer continue to do so.

Where do I start......no envelopes, shipping took from Dec 6 until I received them on Dec. 23rd, to late to send out the cards, I had to purchase new.

Card was made on quality paper to match Stitchmas theme . I passed them out with gift cards or money won playing the games . I would definitely order again . And i caught a deal as well on 20 of them

Font too small. Difficult to read.

It was terrible print quality for my holiday cards. I have ordered them before and the quality was never this bad. The faces of my family were blurry. I had no time for reprint. I will not use Zazzle again

It was beautiful, the only thing was the corners were piling

Good: 1. The cards were nice. 2. Some envelopes I ordered to be addressed. They were. Bad: 1. I ordered 70 cards; they only sent 60 envelopes. 2. I ordered return-addressed envelopes. My envelopes did not have the return address. 3. Poor customer service: I have not been able to contact customer service, despite attempts to call, message/online chat, and email. I chose to pay a somewhat exorbitant fee to rush shipping because I wanted to get many cards out early. That was my choice, but because of that, I really could not even return the cards. And I have not been able to contact customer service, despite attempts to call, message/online chat, and email. I also ordered 3 pillows. Two had poor quality stitching (the photos came out beautifully). I had the same issue: I had paid a very exorbitant fee to rush these as gifts, so it’s hard to return. And I have not been able to contact customer service, despite attempts to call, message/online chat, and email. I used Zazzle about 12 years ago and was very satisfied. I would now not use them again, based on the fact that I can’t even get in touch with them about these problems on their end.
