My labels arrived completely damaged by UPS. When I reached out to customer service, despite providing documentation of the total damage, I was told the only way they would replace them was if I returned them. Dropping off at UPS store miles away, gas premiums at their highest for UPS trucks and yet, all of these resources are misused to get a replacement for $6 labels. Of course, Zazzle will only throw them away once they are returned. Shame on you Zazzle, this company needs to have more respect for our environment & resources

This came out exactly as described! Absolutely beautiful and I will definitely be ordering more.

There is a deep crease on the left and the small wording is not aligned evenly in the board.

I apologize for not sending my feedback earlier, however time did not permit. The invitations were perfect, we loved them and received so much great feedback about them. Also, your site is very user friendly and the invite was so easy to create and edit. Unfortunately, the box was damaged in shipping and one corner of the box was crushed which resulted in almost half of the envelopes being crushed on one corner. Please see the attached pictures. The invitations were exactly as described and pictured. I absolutely love them. Everyone told me how incredibly adorable they are. Invitations were not centered. Centered cut machine “bullseye” was still printed ant top of invites and not cut off.
