This item was bent and creased in delivery. I was told a new one would be here by May 23rd in time for my MIL memorial service. So I gave zazzle a great review for addressing my concers quickly. I wish I had not done that. It never made it here and shows it still sitting in the orginal shipping receiving location in IN. Very disappointed in the service and want a full refund.

The product is great but im still so frustrated and find it unacceptable the decoupage papers went from 3 images to having to buy 6! I cannot use that many, therefore I will rarely purchase anything from zazzle.

Product design is very cute. Invitations came out beautifully. Clear and quick communication with the creator, and she was very nice to work with as well. Thank you so much for a great experience!

I was very disappointed with the service I received from Zazzle. On April 22nd, I ordered college graduation announcements for my son’s May 15th graduation, but I did not receive the complete order until the evening of May 14th. This did not allow enough time to mail the announcements to family and friends before the commencement ceremony. I contacted customer service several times regarding my order. I was informed that the original shipment had been lost in transit and was offered a reprint with next-day delivery. However, the envelopes arrived four days before the announcements themselves. While waiting, I asked if I could receive a downloadable copy of the announcement, but I was told that would require an additional charge and could not be provided. Although I was offered a refund for the shipping cost, I did not feel that adequately compensated for the inconvenience and frustration caused by this experience. Overall, this order was a major hassle and left me with a very negative impression of Zazzle. Unfortunately, I would not feel comfortable recommending Zazzle to others in the future.

The wording is very blurry and pixelated. It doesn’t look great.

These don’t look like chip bag covers, they are so thick like cardboard I never had chip bag covers like these very disappointed. Maybe if there was directions on how to use these maybe it’s something I’m not seeing

The back picture came out great but the txt came out blurry to the point you can’t read it. They are also off centered. Stinks because the picture I created came out perfect

I ordered these invites on May 7. Production time was fine. They were shipped out May 11 via Fed Ex. I did not recieve them until May 21! I contacted them once they were officially late and they did refund my shipping fees. However when they arrived, the black print from the back of the cards bled onto the front of every invitation. Not great quality in my opinion.

I sent this to my daughter, who just moved to her new apartment. She loved it.
