Excellent products and customer service

I loved the card/pic/quality, but I used the suggested font and it's so small I can't read it without my glasses on. It looked good in the preview but on the printed card it looks so small.

I love everything I have gotten from Zazzle! My issue is not their products, my issue is their customer service when there are issues - part of my last order has not arrived and when track it through their website, it says it's been sitting waiting for pick up in Culver City, CA since June 9th and system tells me that there are no further updates. I sent a message through their chatbot and got no response either. Not sure how to resolve.

The decal is beautiful. However, it was very difficult peel from the base paper and hang. Be very careful so as not to tear for the cuts outs are not clearly demarcated. There are no directions on how to apply. I got it up, though not perfect. I lost the string to the balloon. Over priced.

Everyone at the party mentioned how the word dream "drem" is misspelled.

The print on the magnets is very nice and that’s the only reason that I’m giving this item 2 stars. Beside that the magnets are flimsy, thin and cheaply made I would not recommend buying.

Don’t look nothing like the preview before buying the design

Print was much much smaller than the image I sent. Not sure why. I have had this trouble before when I ordered. Unfortunate - I don't think I can use this paper.

They came out beautiful

Everything was lovely and exactly as expected.

Shipping got stalled and lost track of order for a few days. I got scared because I really needed the invites to go out soon. I got hold of Customer service and they quickly sent me another order free of charge. Invites looked great and customer service was phenomenal. Thank you.

The foil prints beautifully, its slightly raised from the surface of the cardstock, looks great on dark and light backgrounds, prints shiny and has a nice color.. the dark marks in the photo are reflections of surrounding .. not easy to get a quick photo of . I ordered this sample to see for myself how the foil printed before I started designing and selling foil business cards for my customers https://www.zazzle.com/store/eleganceunlimited/

The real foil printed on cardstock is beautiful , I ordered this as a sample to see how it printed, the silver foil looks great on white or dark backgrounds, It prints well on small details , but if you want texture , it will not provide that, so be thoughtful what you want printed in foil .. keep text no smaller than 10px

the metallic foil is awesome .. prints well on white and dark backgrounds. slightly raised from the cardstock and shiny. I ordered this as a sample to see how it printed .. Im very happy with the quality and detail .. the rosegold is beautiful, like a pastel copper color
