I apologize for not sending my feedback earlier, however time did not permit. The invitations were perfect, we loved them and received so much great feedback about them. Also, your site is very user friendly and the invite was so easy to create and edit. Unfortunately, the box was damaged in shipping and one corner of the box was crushed which resulted in almost half of the envelopes being crushed on one corner. Please see the attached pictures. Not worth the price and customer service is terrible

The memory card was exactly as ordered. They were lovely.

The printing was fine. My issue is with my previous order of the same wedding invitations. There were 12 fewer invitations sent than were ordered so I had to re-order. More importantly, many people did not get their invitations and I fear it was from inaccurate transcription of the addresses onto the wedding invitation envelopes. Others in exactly the same. ZIP Codes received their invitations. RSVP notes should be sent together with the invitations. And RSVP envelopes could be labeled with our return address on the back, a service that was not offered.

For the 3rd try my order is still not complete with the correct number of boxes of business cards. Still missing 3 boxes.
