The finished product looked great and exactly what I was looking for and I added the initials, however the lighter does not light up!!!!!

It WAS lovely when it arrived. It has been only ONE MONTH since I gave it to the person I bought it for, and the "inscripted" design has simply WIPED OFF ENTIRELY. One would have NO IDEA that it used to say "I scrutinize" at the top. I am EMBARRASSED, as this person is used to nice things. Piss me right off...

They never sent it! They sent a duplication of another order I submitted at the same time! They were not responsive afterward either! You can see the other lighter I got in the picture

Do not expect this to be engraved in the stainless like the pictures look like. This is just a white sticker placed on a zippo lighter. Very disappointed.

Terrible, this appears like you would receive an engraved zippo lighter, but instead I received a zippo lighter with a white sticker on it. Product details and images should accurately reflect what you are going to receive, I would have never ordered these for an entire wedding party.
