Ordered as a gift for a friend…he loved it! Came out great.

It was nice but I wish the engraved part was just a tiny bit bigger

Loved it! I’m not gonna lie. I was a little nervous using this company because I’ve never had before but the product turned out great it was a Christmas gift for my stepdad and he absolutely loved it.

Just as I designed on the website. There was an error in the shipping address. Zazzle rectified the issue quickly, and interacting with customer service was quick and effortless.

The lighter took weeks to arrive only to be disfigured. I don't know what happened to the etching machine, but it appears as snot is coming from the lion's nose. This is not part of the design. I will be requesting a refund as they never should have sent this defective product!

Paid extra to get delivered earlier and igot it later then you said only shipped 150 miles

I am one of those people that never writes reviews unless something blows me away or beyond disappoints me. Not only is this just a printed sticker on a Zippo lighter, but you can BARELY READ the design. When I designed it online, it was much lighter than this and legible. I would have at least been somewhat satisfied if the design looked like what I made and you could see it well, even though it is a printed sticker. But to pay $61 for a printed sticker that you can barely make out is crazy. Thankfully my friend will still appreciate the thought behind the gift, but due to the disappointment from this product I will be searching for an additional gift for him in the next couple of weeks before my wedding.

Like another reviewer mentioned, this is essentially just a printed sticker and looks nothing like the photos. There’s no sparkle, no raised effect, and even the name appears much lighter in person. For the price, I expected the product to actually resemble the images shown. It is misleading to use photos with glitter and dimensional accents, then include a small, easily missed message saying those elements aren’t part of the actual product. If the real item doesn’t have those features, the listing shouldn’t display them - Zazzle should not allow a seller to use 'doctored' images to get someone to buy a product that looks nothing like that.

Looks great! My husband loves it. Shipping was fast. Does not come with lighter fluid which is fine but good to know.

The finished product was very well done. I will likely order more of this product in the future. I wanted to return the original order but don't know where to send them.
