Tadpole Lamp Shade

I originally bought this to replace an old torn shade but it would not fit the lamp. I then tried it over a floor lamp with multiple bulbs that can be aimed in different directions. One points to a wall mirror for reflective lighting and another straight up to reflect off the ceiling. That one bothers my eyes if I am standing so I put the shade over that one. The color matches well with my walls. I haven't had it long enough to know how well it will hold up but it seems fine. The image details turned out as good as I expected. I can even see what was left of the weathered seed plumes of the Purple Smoke tree.

Looks great in the guest room that is done in flamingo decor! My husband painted our lamp base black to match the trim on the shade and also turned it into a touch lamp. Love it! Beautiful! Glad I listened to my husband and paid extra for the linen shade. It looks very nice. Didn't want it to crease easily and be cheap looking.
