A badge for the Greek hero Achilles! When Achilles was born his mother dipped in to the river Styx so he would not be killed, but she had to hold him by his heel, and that part was no protected. He went on to kill the Trojan prince Hector and was in turn killed by Hector's brother Paris, with an arrow to the heel. Good for Greek literature fans!
