Team Don't Die was born in the ICU of a hospital in Florida when a 27 year old man learned that he needed an emergency heart transplant. Team Don't Die is made up of caring people who provide medical, emotional, spiritual, and practical support to anyone who finds himself in a medical crisis. Members of Team Don't Die visit patients, send flowers, bring meals, coordinate doctor appointments, and run errands... whatever is needed to promote healing.
