Think Teaching is EASY? Bumper Sticker

Many people think teaching is a "fallback job" where, if you aren't good enough at "real jobs," you become a teacher. This is to shed some light on the subject. I am a teacher, and though I love what I do, it is the most difficult job I've ever had. It requires tireless dedication, ongoing reflection, revision, training, and a passion to put forth your best each and every day. Many don't realize the true demands of the profession and the sacrifices educators make to do what they feel called to do. This is my little way to encourage society to engage with their local schools and to take a greater role in educating our future generations.
