Third Eye Mandala (Square Form) by Wraithe Designs. This is the actual mandala for opening the third eye in 30 days or less. I designed this mandala for those who have trouble opening the third eye. What is required - place this mandala on the wall so that the black square (the subconscious window of the mind's eye) so that it is eye level with you. It must be this way so that you can stare directly into the black box. Sit cross- legged (about two feet from the mandala) with back straight and, without blinking, stare into the window. Do this for as long as you possibly can without blinking. The first signs of opening the third eye successfully with this mandala is that the square will start to look like it's glowing.
