About This Design
Throw Pillow
In the midst of a long, difficult Covid winter I was finding my inner fire. As a mother who has long put my passions on the back-burner, I found this concept to be especially symbolic of returning to myself, stronger and brighter. The colors were inspired by time spent meditating into the woodstove (an essential part of Winter sanity for me). This image was begun in mono print acrylics and then scanned and digitally composed.

I wanted something special for my daughter. I made this for my baby and she will have this in her crib when she is born. It was not pixelated. The picture was very very clear.0

I love my Flying Cow (COWS) pillow!!! The image delights me and the cotton fabric is softer than I anticipated... so soft I can use it as a pillow when I sleep on my couch! ;-)
