Thyme Herb Magnet

If you're lucky enough to have a lot of thyme growing in your garden, you can always follow what the Romans did...bathe in it! Greeks and Romans often added thyme to their baths and used its oils to make bath and massage oils. Now, thyme is widely used in Italian and French cooking and people are adding it to their favorite dishes to add flavor. There are over 300 varieties but the most common is Thymus Vulgaris (common thyme).
