Tooth Fairy Certificate Customize It!

Here's a fun tooth certificate for you to leave under the pillow with the money. It also makes a great addition for your child's baby book. You can customize this in several ways. (1) Type in the Child's Name. or Delete the text if you want to write it it yourself. (2) Same with the "T.Fairy" signature. You can keep that as is, or type in Tooth Fairy or Ms. Fairy or whatever you'd like. If you want to hand write it in, then just delete the text in the box. We left the $___ slot to be hand-written in. NOW THE BACK..... We've also added some info. for you to put in as a record. But, this is all up to you. You can change the categories that we have if you want, or add some more. We've designed this to fit the 5"x5" size. But, you've got the options to try other sizes.
