A weathered skeleton lounges comfortably in a reclining beach chair, bones gleaming under the warm afternoon sun. Its empty eye sockets are hidden behind oversized aviator sunglasses, and a wide-brimmed straw hat sits tilted atop its skull. With no flesh to cover, its ribcage is fully exposed—sunbathing in the truest, most literal sense of “topless.” A tropical drink rests beside it, complete with a tiny umbrella, and a towel is lazily draped over one femur. The scene is calm, absurdly peaceful, and strangely cheerful—as if even the undead deserve a day off to catch some rays.
