Classic Mug, 11 oz
I have contacted Zazzle four times, with no resolution yet. I ordered a custom mug that I designed, and instead I was sent a plain black‑and‑white mug — the kind I could have purchased at Dollar General for just a few dollars. I paid $28.42 for a personalized item, and the order confirmation clearly shows the custom mug I created. See photos of mugs- black and white were shipped to me.
There is also no phone number to call to talk to a live human, which makes it extremely difficult to resolve issues. I’ve attached photos showing the mug I ordered versus what I received.
I am willing to update this review if the issue is finally resolved, but at this point, I’ve reached out four times with no correction.

It is a lovely mug. The actual mug is shiny and smooth. Very nice quality. It was everything I expected. Zazzle has so many nice mid century modern designs to choose from. All so pretty! The design was very clear and looked expensive.
