With his genius level intellect, this boy has the ability to turn ordinary toys into dangerous and hi-tech weapons for combat. Before he was hero, Toy Maker was a homeless kid who used his abilities to benefit only the homeless community. After a heart to heart with Wire, Toy Maker decided to become a full-fledged hero and use his abilities to assist Wire in protecting Shield City.
