Finding a unicorn is easier said than done: they are fantasy creatures, after all, so it’s hard to know where to start. Accessing and utilizing our design tool, however, is actually straightforward, and can be explained in a few short steps. • Step 1: Select a design you like and click on its thumbnail to be taken to the product page. You may have already done this if you’ve taken our advice above!
• Step 2: On the product page, choose a size, corner style and paper type. You can opt to exclude envelopes for a slight reduction in price, but since they’re added by default and don’t cost much, it’s worth leaving them in.
• Step 3: Click on 'Personalize' and 'Edit Using Design Tool.' You can then add images and text elements using Zazzle's design interface – this is where you'll add your own personal touch to your product!
• Step 4: Click 'Done' and see your final design! Obviously, if the birthday person hasn’t been a part of the design process, then check in with them: is the unicorn’s long, flowing mane glittery enough, or is the tail wavy enough? Once these important matters have been settled, you can click ‘Add to Cart,’ allowing you to ready the item for purchase. And if they haven’t been cleared up, then you can start from scratch with a blank product from our custom birthday invitations page.

To achieve a consistent theme across your birthday party, it’s vital that everything coheres: this means that if your guests receive a unicorn invitation in the mail, they should expect to see that theme brought to fruition at the party itself.
