Via Costarella and Monastery is the first colored pencil drawing I've done since 1980. This is the bottom of the "Street of the Artists" and contains what used to be a Monastery (though the building has worn many 'hats' it's now known as Convento di San Francesco) and is currently undergoing a makeover. The town is Guardia Sanframondi - frozen in time some 900+ years, nestled in the hills above the Telese Valley.
