The patterns are beautiful and unlike most other companies. However, the card paper is too thick even when ordering the basic card. Many people now use personal/social cards as well as business cards. These cards are too thick for this purpose. As far as user-friendly it is average. There is no real loyalty discount when ordering more than one time. I ordered 3 times and there was no significant discount for loyalty. This really needs to be improved! Beautiful design. As previously stated the card paper is simply too think.
