This elegant design was inspired by the Chinese lunar Year of the Dragon as well as the lovely "paper cut" designs that we saw all over Sichuan province in China on our last trip there. The goid appearance to the artwork has the look of gold foil but instead is a faux finish . It makes for a very classy and timeless design. This is one of the most comfortable throw pillows I have ever had. It is so incredibly soft. Everyone in the family fights over who gets to use it, even the dog. Most of the other pillows end up on the floor when she gets on the couch but not this one. She loves it too! The photos turned out great on this pillow. I'd definitely purchase another one.
