This ruler was used as decoration for a Mary Poppins themed birthday party. I had Mary Poppins printed at the top, but honestly the printing was not very big, and yet I was not given enough space for the rest of the phrase 'Practically Perfect". For the price, I thought it was just ok. It looked like a ruler, but if you want true measurement, do not order this ruler.
