Our work with the children of Belarus was featured in HBO's Academy-Award winning film,Chernobyl Heart. A grassroots effort started in Ireland by Adi Roche, Chernobyl Children International, we are now an international partnership movement of volunteers, professionals, businesses, governments and communities in Belarus, Ukraine, the United State and Ireland. We collaborate to overcome the domino affect of poverty, poor health, and social upheaval that makes it difficult for communities -- especially vulnerable children -- to move on with hope. We have addressed the United Nations General Assembly, and testified before US Congress and the Helsinki Committee.
