Speaking of thank yous: we’ll never be able to explain how grateful we are to our Independent Creators, who have uploaded thousands of thank you card designs to Zazzle’s one-stop wedding shop. We also have hundreds of gorgeous themes and styles to choose from – along with an equal number of convenient templates – and we’re itching to show them off on their behalf. Whether you want to customize thank you cards, wedding invitations or wedding RSVP cards, the process is quite similar – and what’s more, we’re about to detail each step in the guide below. Once you’ve mastered the use of our design tool, you can then challenge yourself to create a one-of-a-kind product from scratch; visit our custom wedding thank you card page to find a blank template you can work on. • Step 1: Select a design you like and click on its thumbnail to be taken to the product page. We’re particularly proud of our ‘Editors’ Picks,’ which are highlighted with a yellow star and label, and have been selected by the Zazzle team as some of our best-crafted products.
• Step 2: Once you're on the product page, view the drop-downs on the right-hand side of the page. For thank you cards – as with most paper products – you can view various ‘Paper Types,’ ‘Corner Styles’ and ‘Sizes.’ There’s also the option to exclude envelopes for a slight reduction in price.
• Step 3: Click on 'Personalize' and 'Edit Using Design Tool.' You can then add images and text elements using Zazzle's design interface – this is where you'll add your own personal touch to your product!
• Step 4: Click 'Done' and see your final design! If you’ve been working on a custom product, then you’ll also see the ‘Sell It!’ button at this point. Clicking this will allow you to upload the design to our marketplace, thereby contributing to our vast array of wedding templates and netting yourself a nice little earner, should it sell and bring you royalties.

Knowing what to write in a wedding thank you card isn’t always easy: how do you adequately express your thanks to those who brought extremely generous gifts, traveled long distances to attend your wedding or even helped you to plan it in the first place? In our mind, the most important thing is to be personal and specific: call out a memorable moment from the wedding or describe how you’ve been putting their gift to good use. Other than that, you should start the message by thanking the guest for their attendance and end the greeting by saying how much you appreciate them generally. Along with being talented artists, our Independent Creators are also accomplished wordsmiths, and thus each of the designs they’ve published has placeholder text that you can adjust to your liking. For a formal example, consider this: "We are grateful for your presence, warm wishes and generous gift and look forward to sharing many more memories with you." For a light-hearted, formal example, how about: "If having free tacos for you to celebrate with us didn't fully express our appreciation of you, hopefully this card will do it. Seriously, thank you for your generous and thoughtful gift and for being there. We're grateful to have you in our lives."
