We don't offer a custom product unless it is as good or better than what you'll find in a store (and those aren't even designed by you). We have spent years pioneering the latest and most advanced technology in printing and manufacturing. The result is unmatched vibrancy, durability and quality.

• We support JPEG, PNG, GIF, or TIFF files.
• Mugs are created at a minimum of 200 ppi (pixels per inch).
• To fill the full area from handle to handle, we recommend that you use images that are equal to or larger than the recommended sizes below. For images smaller than these sizes, you should not fill the full area, but will have additional "white space"
• Mug design area (8.66" x 3.2") = 1732 pixels x 650 pixels
• If your image is bigger than these sizes, it'll turn out even better since it will be printed at an even higher resolution than the minimum.
