How to design a pillow FAQ Return Policy

Create a throw pillow or rectangle pillow that matches the dominate colors of the room. This will help to pull the room together, creating an elegant and complete look for your room. Combine a rectangle pillow with two throw pillows for an additional luxurious touch!

What pillow sizes do you offer?
Zazzle offers two custom pillow sizes:
  • Throw Pillow - 20" x 20"
  • Rectangle Pillow - 13" x 21"
Are custom pillows machine washable?
Yes! Remove the insert from the pillow cover and machine wash the pillow cover cold, separately. Tumble dry low and iron on low heat for best results. Do not wash the insert.
What is the pillow insert made of?
The pillow insert is a 100% polyester fill insert.
What file types and sizes are best for uploading?
We support JPEG, PNG, GIF, PDF or TIFF files. Custom pillows are created at a minimum of 200 ppi (pixels per inch). To fill your desired design area, we recommend that you use images that are equal to or larger than the design area. You can design your custom product with images much smaller than these recommended sizes and place them anywhere on the design.
When will I receive my order?
Really fast. In fact, no one is faster at producing custom products than Zazzle. Your custom pillows will be on their way in 7-14 business days after you’ve ordered. Check the order status page, if you have questions about your order.
