The beach is my scene. I love the beach all year round but I LOVE SUMMER most of all! Summer is my favorite time of year because it's the season to wear flip flops and shorts. I love. to relax in the sun and get a tan, to take a vacation, go to the beach, and enjoy life.

Do you love summertime, too? Don't you want some of my sizzling HOT artwork to bring the warmth of summer memories into your home all year? Of course you do! Me, too! I live in summer all year round when I draw scenes of the beach and celebrate the vibrant colors I see every day! ( I guess you could say that in a way my life is a permanent vacation. It's rough, but someone has to do it.)

Color motivates me to be an artist; without color, I wouldn't be an artist. My approach to art is best expressed by the late, great, Paul Gaugin when he wrote, ". . . do not imitate nature. Art is an abstraction; draw it out from nature while dreaming in front of it and think more about the act of creation than about the result . . ." I think you will see that this is an apt description of my style.
