I served with the 101st Airborne Division in Northern South Vietnam (I Corps) from Dec. 1967 to Aug. 1968 as an Infantryman.
Feb. 1968 I received a gunshot wound during the TET Offensive.
April 1968 I received a shrapnel wound to my left hand.
Aug. 1968 I received another shrapnel wound to the back of my left ankle and was sent to a Hospital in Yokohama Japan the back to the States.
I spent 31 years as a Telephone man.
In Aug.2000, my PTSD had gotten so severe I forced myself to retire before I did something I would regret.
