![]() With hopes that you'll enjoy your stay here. T his is the anteroom to my very own scriptorium and workshop - sort of - filled with images and with objects I've been able to decorate, like a craftsman of old.Y ou'll find customizable greeting cards, coffee mugs, and other merchandise, all illuminated with the sort of Celtic decoration I began doing in 1980. I'd have started a few months sooner, but I went traveling right after I bought my copy of George Bain's Celtic Art: the Methods of Construction. I had to get home before I could dig the book back out.I incorporated Celtic borders into a lot of my ink and watercolor work through the 1980s - in most of that work, I think - and did some small press work in illustration (Cold Iron, by Rudyard Kipling and Leslie Fish) and some covers for small music labels that all used these themes and this sort of decorative border work and illumination.A nd while much of my more recent work is completely different, I still like to come back to this and spend a little time with it when I can. I hope you will, too!- Bradley W. Schenck | Featured Products:
