I first saw this pin on a very engaging speaker, the kind of nursing leader who challenges the status quo, strives for quality, and works for best practices without being a (not-nice woman)! I ordered three pins: one for myself, one as a backup in case I lose it, and one to give a manager at work as a suckup gift. It worked. The pins are of high quality. I am very pleased with this product.
