Yes two of the horses pictured are mine. Ricky which is the black and white overo and dancer the overo appallossa. They appear with the wild herd before I bought them and also at the ranch. Dancer is the one with the ballons; she also loves kites. Ricky is the January horse. I have been riding them bareback in the snow this month and they keep me warm.
Dancer is always getting into trouble and can not keep her nose out of anything. Ricky is shy and gets spooked easily. However, she is a powerhouse of a horse and really lives up to her heritage. Thanks for asking.
I'm impressed by the conservation of energy at your place. Fantastic. Thanks for leaving the message. I hope you find the time to do more here as I love your contributions!
Thanks everyone for your great responses on this image. This is an important issue for me. I live on 20 acres and use solar and windpower for all my electric needs. I know we can all make a difference in this concept of energy and how to obtain it. I know I love having nature giving me all the energy I need.
pamdicar they are my knitting. I am going to admit that most people think it is weird for a guy to be knitting, but I needed a good scarf and just could not find anything so I decided to learn to knit and do it myself. Now I have made my own rug and dishtowel and washrag. It takes up those long winter nights here in the Black Hills; especially since I donot watch TV.
