Hi Linda, You asked me how I designed "Cats at the Beach." Short story: I didn't. It's a vintage artwork by the British artist Louis Wain. I have a number of antique cat & dog images in my galleries "Aquavel" and "VintagePets." This is one of them. ~Louis Wain was the most amazing cat artist.
