Concerned Citizens for Animals

Concerned Citizens for Animals (CCA) is an upstate South Carolina 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 1980, dedicated to helping animals and educating the public about their humane treatment.

We're 100% donor-supported, and have been improving the lives of animals for 30 years! We run upstate SC's oldest no-kill shelter. In addition, we offer:
- Adoption program
- Feral cat colony program
- Low-cost spay/neuter program
