The hard shell keeps my phone safe and the inner shell keeps the hard shell in place. The design was exactly what I expected. I didn't get it personalized, so I can't comment on that.

I bought this as a gift and I am very pleased with the product. The drawing is very beautiful and engaging. Original art is unique. The color of the art and the case are terrific. Very good. The color is vibrant and true to the color on the web site.

I made this cover for my 3gs phone since covers for these phones are getting difficult to buy. I sell art so thought putting a painting on a cover would be a no brainer. Was very easy to get it the photo centered on case. The inner, black silicone liner fit well and was easy to put on the phone. The first time I tried putting the hard case over it, the silicone inner lining bunched all up at the outer, remaining edge and looked terrible. Took off the hard case and paid more attention to sort of "massaging" the inner liner into place under the hard one, making sure to work the last two corners into place before I completed snapping the hard one on. Look much better. Note: on the "front" side, the black silicone liner encircles the face of your phone so it creates a protective outer ridge, lifting the face of the phone away from the table surface which of course keeps it from getting scratched. First off, the print quality of your case will be in direct relationship to your photo quality. So be sure to use a photo that is really crisp. In this instance, the picture of the painting that was reproduced on the hard, glossy case is so good, one can see the texture of the canvas onto which the scene was painted, giving it great detail and making it really interesting. I've gotten lots of compliments on the case!
