I am currently working my way through the North American 'critters'. Please feel free to browse my gallery and stay for a while. I have always been interested in wildlife art. I am in awe of any artist who can make the animal seem frozen for a special moment in time. The works of Carl Brenders, Robert Bateman, Guy Coheleach and Judi Rideout all invoke a mood, a feeling and a special insight of the animal. These artists let you connect with them in such a way that you are never the same again. I try to invoke this in my own watercolor/goauche paintings and let the 'Spirit' or essence of the animal come to speak with the viewer.
