Some web designerd use Cascading Style Sheets - CSS - to specify fonts, colors, boxes and such. This mug shows a common problem; the border doesn't enclose the text properly. I have seen examples of this hundreds of times. It is a droll "in" joke, but web designers will chuckle.

Crisp and clear. Nice font, good choice of colors. "Crisp and clear" is all you need to know, but the idiot who designed this form demands 20 characters.
