Which case will fit my device?
Zazzle custom cases are available for the iPhone 3G, iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, and iPhone 4S (and carries Verizon, Sprint, and AT&T). They do not fit on the older "original" model iPhone or on other phones.
What is a Case-Mate ID™ case?
Case-Mate ID™ form-fitted cases are lightweight with an impact-resistant, flexible plastic shell. In addition, they store up to two cards!
How many credit cards can this case hold?
The Case-Mate ID™ case is designed to hold two cards, making this a multifunctional case.
What carriers are these cases compatible with?
With the exception of the Tough™ iPhone 4 case by Case-Mate, which is exclusively for AT&T, all other iPhone 4 cases are designed for AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint carriers.
What is your return policy?
The Zazzle Promise: If you don't love it we'll take it back. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days of receipt. And yes, that's true even though these are one-of-a-kind customized products.
How much do custom cases cost?
Less than what you might think for a customized product. Printed in full, vibrant color, Zazzle custom cases start at $34.95. You can save an additional 10% by becoming a Seller and publishing your product to the marketplace for others to purchase.
Does Zazzle have setup fees?
No way! There are no setup fees for custom cases. Upload and customize your design for absolutely free.
When will I receive my order?
Really fast. In fact, no one is faster. Your custom case will be on its way in 2-3 business days. With Express Mail, you can even receive it in 1-2 days after production! Check the order status page if you have questions about your order.
What kinds of images does Zazzle support?
We support JPEG, PNG, GIF, or TIFF files. Cases are created at a minimum of 200 ppi (pixels per inch). To fill your desired design area, we recommend that you use images that are equal to or larger than the recommended sizes below. You can design your custom case with images much smaller than these recommended sizes and place them anywhere on the design.

Custom case design area:
iPhone 4 case = 645 x 1006 pixels
If your image is bigger than these sizes, it'll turn out even better since it will be printed at an even higher resolution than the minimum.
If I design a case, do I have to order it?
Of course not. Go ahead and play around with our design tool. You can email your design to a friend, save it for later, or even publish it to our marketplace as a Seller and earn money every time someone buys your design.
How do I make money designing products?
You can make 10% or more in royalties every time someone buys your design from the Zazzle marketplace. Remember to publish your products after you design them so that they can be purchased. Learn more about becoming a Seller.
