Eve Duhamel is a visual artist from Montreal working in Berlin. Her work was exhibited in Canada and Berlin, and she have seen her work published in books from the United States, Canada, Korea, Singapore, and the UK.She now lives and work in Montreal, Canada, and Berlin, Germany.
Her work transcends the limits of mediums, going from painting to drawing and video. Her vision of art is at the opposite of conceptual arts and states that art should stay enjoyable by everyone. "Over the last decades, art went out of museums and galleries to try to reach out to a larger public. But the art pieces they exhibited was usually not really understandable by everyone. I think that artists missed the point. Art should be fun. People should be attracted to go into galleries and the artist role should be to bring back the masses into the galleries and make them see our world in a way they forgot since childhood"
