The baggage tag is well made and sturdy. I expect it will last a long time. I did use a piece of electrical tape to secure the leather strap as I’ve had issues with similar straps in the past. Easy fix and I’m very happy with the final product! The customization was exactly as ordered and turned out perfectly. Again, this is a well made product!

The material is a thick plastic that seems to be durable and should hold up to rough handling. I am about to order some for my girlfriends. The design was very good.
