Welcome to The Alzheimer Spouse Marketplace, a.k.a. JOAN'S MARKETPLACE. I started this marketplace as a creative way to raise awareness of Alzheimer's Disease. In 2006, my husband was diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease at the "young" age of 63, and I developed a website - www.thealzheimerspouse.com - that offers support and information for spouses of Alzheimer patients.
Although many of my product designs are Alzheimer's related in both a serious and humorous manner, you will also find a large variety of dog (my favorite animal), cat, flower, nature, holiday, and sport designs. When purchasing any product from my marketplace, you not only will be helping to raise awareness of Alzheimer's Disease, but also helping to keep my website free and available to all who need it, as all proceeds from the sale of my products are used to support my website - www.thealzheimerspouse.com.
