"The LowerTown Arts District Association (LTADA) is a 501 (c)(6) non profit corporation dedicated to promoting the common interests of businesses, artists, and other entities within the LowerTown Arts District of Paducah, Kentucky; to promote the character and culture of the LowerTown Arts District; to increase awareness of the various businesses operating in the LowerTown Arts District; and to actively market and promote the LowerTown Arts District and enhance its representation in the marketplace."
